• Location (optional): To confirm you’re physically present at the venue.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To identify you and manage your tab or order at participating venues.
• To send you SMS notifications about your orders, if you consent.
• To maintain regular customer status or temporary visitor records for up to 7 days if you’re not registered as a regular.

3. SMS Communication & Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS updates from BarTab.it, including:

• Phone number verification
• Order status updates (e.g., “ready”)
• Links to your receipt

Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by speaking to the bar staff or emailing us at support@bartab.it.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share it with trusted service providers (such as SMS gateway providers) as necessary to deliver the service.

5. Data Retention

• If you are not registered as a regular customer, your name and phone number are deleted after 7 days.
• Regular customers’ data is retained until you request deletion.
